Marketing Strategy – One of our clients needed help understanding how to reach their target customers. The client was not very tech savvy and needed some additional assistance. We were able to provide a marketing strategy that walked the client through how-to’s and month-by-month instructions on how to implement an effective marketing strategy, specific to their target customers and their services.
Digital Advertising – We have helped most of our clients grow their customer base through online ads, email, and content marketing. This is a vastly misunderstood topic by new and experienced business owners alike. Google, Facebook, and others make it appear like setting up ads is easy – but they will often see little actual return on this investment if they do it on their own. For one client, we ran several Google ad campaigns, which helped not only perfect their ads (and bring in more potential customers) but also pointed out some large issues with their website which was preventing new customers from engaging with them online. Once we helped fix the website with their provider, not only did the website look better, but the ads began to bring in new leads almost immediately.
Social Media – For one client, we were able to develop a full social media campaign that led people to come into the business and mention that their social sites brought them in to check out the store. This led to better online and in-person engagement with their customers. Through this campaign, the client learned what products were most enticing, and what needed to be reworked or improved. Further, customers were reminded about the other options the store provided, that they had previously not known or forgotten.
Email Marketing – For other clients, we have developed processes to lead a full campaign from email marketing to physical events or trade shows and then to new six-figure clients from those leads. This process helped the company engage with potential customers before their events, leading to deeper relationships more quickly. This implementation improved event sales over 100%.
CRM & Automation – For another client, we developed a full process for project and marketing management among sales staff to keep track of new leads, implemented Salesforce across the company, and helped them utilize the software to automate and track their sales and marketing actions. This led to increased visibility among senior staff people, improving transparency and decision-making. It also helped the company to communicate with their potential and current clients more regularly, without extra work.
Data Analytics – For many clients, we provide business analytics with a dashboard, detailing different key performance indicators. These help to see a full picture of how the business is really doing, beyond just cash flow. Using these trends, clients can begin to see (over time) what might be warning signs or positive indicators for what will happen in the future. For example, how do Google searches on your business impact customers coming through the door, how do different ads increase sales (or have no impact at all, saving you money). How will walk-in’s impact you over time, and when can you expect less traffic? Which products or services sell more often and which should you remove?
